For sale on there are two types of products: one hermetically packaged, the other packaged at the time of shipment. Since both are food products, they could not be returned due to safety and product protection issues, however, in some cases (e.g. our mistakes), it will be possible to return the first type if the products are left perfectly intact. In any case, the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer, and any breakage of a product during shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Food products do not enjoy the warranty typical of consumer products. In this case we apply our “Protected Purchase” formula to assure you that the entire ordering and delivery process will be guaranteed to result in the most satisfactory outcome for you.


If a product arrives late, what happens?

We rely on a courier company to deliver on our behalf for shipments. Standard shipments do not have guaranteed delivery within a certain time period. If you have special requirements for special orders, you can email support to inquire about the estimated time frame.

If I am not satisfied with the order?

We would be deeply sorry, please contact us to discuss the matter further, in any case the regulations state that food products cannot be returned.

I have problems with my payment, what can I do?

If you have problems with your payment during the process you can contact online support. We have several payment systems. If the payment fails, you will find your order in your account order history and proceed from there using a different method. We cannot process credit card payments over the phone.
